    My first and only stop for buying a used car. The entire staff was friendly and timely. The financial manager got me a great deal and Mr. Rhoades was great at helping me decide which model.

    I went to so many dealerships and get denied because of my credit, but I came into The Auto Connection and they saved my life! I had a few concerns, and the staff at Auto Connection adressed them with professionalism and quality care. Because of them I have a reliable vehicle and have recommended a few people to come here! Thanks guys and gals!! Yall are the best!!!

    In the most sincere manner I express my gratitude toward the entity of auto connection and likewise the men and women who represent it. I had been more than discouraged by my car buying experience. My credit score was barely 600 and all others dealerships that i visited made it well known that without a cosigner my hopes of owning a vehicle were slim to none. 24 hard inquiries later I found myself for a second occasion here at the auto connection. I must say i am more than pleased with all my heart of how i was professionally treated. thanks most especially to Johnny for taking the risk and getting me in my vehicle on my own! And a huge thanks to you Gurnell! You two in particular truly made my day and gave me an avenue to continue my pursuit of independence. Thank you guys! Shot out to the cashier too definitely is the epitome of efficiency 🖖

    I had a great experience. Weldon, the salesman went beyond being helpful. He was also very entertaining as well. What could have been a long boring wait, turned into what seem like a homecoming. Thanks for all the help & professionalism. I would recommend your dealership ( Midlothian turnpike, Richmond, Va) to my family & friends.

    Demetrius and the rest of the gang at Auto Connection off of Midlothian Turnpike definitely have been a blessing to me on this 14th day of August 2017. Honestly they were quick, friendly and straight forward. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I love my car 🚗 😍

    Kudos to the service department!!! The service manager is top of the line. Mark makes sure all customers concerns and repairs are addressed in a timely fashion. Most service departments treat you as a number but not here. Their work shows that they care. Mark and his mechanics are A+.
    Now for the service department receptionist/assistant, she is the most miserable and unprofessional individual at this location. She does not know how to interact with customers and gives off an unfriendly disposition. She does not know how to communicate with customers and has a tendency to overtalk them and be short. Her attitude is something that definitely needs to be addressed.

    Top of line service & sales! Myself David Walton walked into auto connection expressed my situation. The salesman there found & put me in the truck I wanted in a week!
    The staff there are awesome! They take the time to listen And r punctual in returning communication.

    Purchased a vehicle here which came with what seemed like a great perk....free oil changes and inspections for the time of the loan. Only I can never get them to actually do this. I admit part of it is my fault as I have to drive 40 miles to get there and Saturday is my only day off. I think you have to know someone there personally to get a Saturday appointment. Otherwise a well versed female service manager will give you the dust off every time. Other than this one mostly minor complaint I have to admit that I can not agree with a lot of the negative comments. I have had 2 vehicles purchased here and feel like the deal and value was great. I just wish it were easier to get my vehicle in for service.

    I've purchase my car in Richmond, Virginia. Absolutely the most awful company to purchase a car from. I have never dealt with a company such as this one and I have purchase several used cares in my life. In less than 30days I've had nothing but problems. The cars are only workable and runs for a couple of days after you drive them off the lot. Since than I've had nothing but problems.
    The Service team passes all the cars for inspection just to be sold. Which is obvious because everyone waiting in the waiting area is upset frustrated and talking about the many problems that they are having with their vehicle.
    After speaking to the rude and nasty lady that answers the phone in the service department, and telling her my vehicle has 5 different problems and they told me to bring it in while they fix the vehicle. Long story short I went to pick up my 30day tags at 9:30 am and told management the problem I was having. Which he became very upset because he did not want to hear or help me nor did not let me finish and did absolutely nothing.
    Little did I know 7 hours later they were only able to fix one thing (possibly) and told me to bring it back Friday 6/16/17. When I have a trip plan to travel out of town today which I am very afraid of because of the many problems my vehicle has.
    Both managers did not want to hear the problems I was having and just kept saying well just bring it back.
    The service manager and his employee continuously laughed at the situation.
    The reason for me purchasing the vehicle is for transportation to work not for the vehicle to spend all its time getting repaired. This company management team feels because of your credit and this is a used car lot you should not have a reason to complain.
    The finance company don't care as well this place needs to be shut down.
    To anyone that is going to purchase a vehicle from here I would be very careful. Wish I could give them a 1/3 star they don't deserve the one star.

    I would not advise anyone to do business with them . I haven't even made my first payment an car been in the shop twice look at the reviews I think if you a certain race or gender will determine your experience

    You can tell the company is shady from the lack of response from negative comments and the one "copy and paste" some of our cars have carfax and 1 year warranty. Not to mention everyone recommended I go elsewhere and these reviews told me every thing I needed to know.

    Absolutely the best group of guys! Ricky Cooper and Johnny Morse are extremely nice and professional! Highly recommend these guys they go far and above and over and beyond to help anyone get in the car of my choosing!!!!

    Thought this was a good place to start looking for a vehicle on a limited budget. Went on website and of course no prices. Wth. That's what the website is for so ppl don't waste time with something they can't afford. So went to dealership to look for vehicle and wouldn't you know the vehicle isn't even on the lot. If this place really wanted to be top notch then it would fix things like this to make the car buying experience better for the little guy. My business will be going elsewhere.

    Absolute time waster, Sales person gave me a down payment amount and when I come back with that amount he tells me to try coming back again when I'm ready? He ASSUMED I had no interest in the vehicles that were within my price range. The impression he gave me is that I, even though I wanted to be a customer, was not worth his time. I won't be going back a third time.
