  I ordered some transcripts from this school so I can send it to my other school since I will be transferring to a university. I needed these transcripts today and I was told my paperwork was missing some information right when I am calling them so I can pick it up. So I now have to wait an additional week to receive them now. Whoever is trying to get their transcripts from these people please keep calling them and keep checking up on it. Since they will not notify you on your transcripts nor if there is missing information.

  Terrible experience! Read the reviews. This is a business establishment out purely out to get you for all the money they can. Good luck getting someone on the phone as well, you can't even leave a message for a return phone call.

  Specific programs for those that truly want to be in the commercial arts. Needs to add more staff to handle the increasing interest in their programs but otherwise good programs in a great location. Helps that the Metro Red line is right at their doorstep.

  I am a current student and also a vet, so the VA pays for my education. But the financial aid department needs some serious help. The VA overpayed the school a by a large amount in 2014. Instead of send the left over funds back to the VA, the school kept the funds. Fast forward to November 2016, I received a letter from the VA stating I owe them almost $6,000. The reason I have never seen this debt is because the online financial statement is different from what the financial department actually has. Why it's like that I do not know. The VA gives me an allowance for my rent and bills, but I only received partial payment because of this. The school has yet to refund the money on my behalf to the VA and now they have taken money from me again. I have children and bills. The school only cares about their money. And I'm not even going to get started on the education. Better off attending youtube university.

  I am currently a student and I see all the negative comments, well I haven't experienced any of this and if you are complaining about how rude and money hungry they are then I assure you that you are not remotely ready for the real industry for me it's a great opportunity and either I'm going to make it happen or watch it happen, I'm sure the people that are ballers in the industry now didn't go cheap when it came to their education, designers, actors, writers, so for me I'm willing to pay whatever I need to to get ahead in life and I'm sure they attended schools such as the ART INSTITUTE and if the professors are stupid and rude as some of the comments said then you knew more and didn't need to be there so it's all about perception.. the criticism is WORSE IN THE REAL WORLD.

  They treat you like royalty to get you to enroll, but soon after they can care less about you. Bad bad financial aid, constant screw ups ,run arounds, lies, and bad communication. I know it happens at every school but its on a whole other level here. Your better off without this school. You dont need to go to this school to be creative, you can be creative all on your own. Very bad school!!!

  DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU ENROLL. The people who manage this school are doing a horrible job; this organization's main concern is making money, it's a BUSINESS not a center for education. I was there for 4 quarters until I couldn't take anymore. Half of the instructors are genuinely passionate about their jobs and about educating and guiding the students / the other half are unprofessional people just interested in getting paid. I brought these issues to the dean's attention but he wasn't helpful nor was he capable of making a change for the better.

  I say do not apply to this school. The counselor so stupid to help you for the application. They just always talk about money. It í very very terrible experience with this school. DO NOT apply to this school. They has many location that why they do bad about teaching. The counselor of the university or college are very helpful because they know exactly what student lack in their application and this school so stupid. When i complain it to the director of international student, they say with the stupid words. It is the last time. I suggest all other students DO NOT apply to this school
