Very nice historical Cleveland building. Shops and restaurants in a repurposed building. Really nice architectural design elements. A must see in downtown Cleveland.
Love coming here at Christmas with my daughter when they have decorations up. Such a cool building! We stopped for hot chocolate or coffee sometimes and enjoy the building and people watching.
I adore the look and feel of the arcade, you really feel like you have been transported back in time and history. The last few times I have been through it has seemed busier and more full of life which is really exciting to see!
Stay at the Arcade Hyatt hotel is a amazing 100+ year hotel. The hotel is beautiful and in better shape than many 5 star Hotels. Restaurants and bars in the shopping area of the hotel are great. The access to 4th Street night life is unparalleled. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a short walk. Walk to train is easy to go to the airport. Train ride was a challenge because of having to switch to a shuttle bus for o portion of the ride. Way to go Ohio!
Convenient for lunch. There are some random businesses though and usually its pretty quiet throughout the day. Great food court and surrounding areas to catch up on work or relax.
Beautiful place! We attended a wedding here and stayed the night... great experience, all the way around!
I just want to sit for an hour on the steps and imagine this place a hundred years ago. It's largely vacant and the hotel occupies the top floors where store fronts used to be, but it is very lovingly restored. Advice: Stop in and gawk at the beauty for at least a few minutes!
An enjoyable visit.Friendly&helpful Front desk staff. Great view from 4th floor onto city gathering area. Impressive&beautiful building that can be enjoyed by guests&public but yet secure entry. We will return for another stay!
Great place. The architecture and design is beautiful. The renovation has kept the original spirit and flare of what is one of America's first indoor shopping malls.
Featuring some awesome shops, restaurants and the Hyatt Recency Hotel.
Location is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. It is within walking distance of Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field. The rooms are small but tidy and arraigned around a lower floor shopping area. The hotel is quite charming in its layout and has key card entry only accessible to paying hotel guests above the second floor. Service was fantastic and professional.
Fascinating glass ceiling. A few shops inside, not really a mall in the modern day sense. It closes around 6-7pm, I believe. There's also an ATM near the entrance.
On of the most beautiful historic sites in Cleveland! It's well worth the stop in to take a photo, enjoy lunch or just a cup of coffee. It's a must see Cleveland landmark!
One of the best historic sites in Cleveland to visit and take in the amazing views.
One of the (few) jewels of downtown Cleveland. The Arcade is an important Cleveland landmark. It's definitely worth stopping by if you're in town visiting and are looking for something to check out. Especially if you're here during the winter, it's good to find an indoor spot. Recommended.
The Old Arcade is an 1888 building to see while in Cleveland. It is a short walk, just off the Public Square. Enter on the street level of Superior or Euclid Avenues, which the Arcade connects. Splendid to enjoy such an indoor space with a break for coffee. Others decide to stay in the hotel housed inside the Arcade. Best yet, if you come during a time when it is filled with music on a special event. Enjoy Cleveland.
