  We worked with Jared Gish for over a year to find the perfect house. He was incredibly helpful, gracious with his time, kept in good communication (we live out of state) and diligent in working toward our goal. Once we identified a house he was magnificent at guiding us through a long distance sale. He continues to help us in all things long after the papers have been signed. We were thrilled to work with Jared. He is tireless and always available. You'll never go wrong working with Jared and the Ames Team!

  Kelli was a sweetie. She dropped everything and would go to a home I thought I might like and go through and show me. . She was very nice. She made me feel like she really wanted to do her very best to find me my perfect home. I am planning on having her work for me again both selling my home a year from now and buying a newly built home. You never will go wrong hiring Kelli. Thank you so much. Caron Facer🦋

  Jared provided excellent service for my husband and me. He took the time to provide us with a driving tour of potential neighborhoods and patiently showed us homes of interest. He was knowledgeable, polite, energetic, and easy to work with. Just what you want when looking for an agent.

  We have used Jared for all our reality needs for the last 3 years. He is not only one of the best agents we have dealt with but we consider him a good friend. Jared is always willing to go the extra mile and has always demonstrated his unique knowledge to assist us. He is always willing to take the time to cover all the bases and make sure we understand the process. Jared completes every step of the process in an efficient and timely manner.   Jared Gish is a fantastic realtor, with a lot of helpful insight. He knows what he’s doing, and it’s clear that he takes extra time study the market to be able to effectively educate his clients. He went above and beyond for my family when helping them buy property. Watching him operate, it’s clear that he takes pride in what he does and truly cares for his clients. I’d recommend him to anyone/everyone. 10/10
