This is a great family-owned restaurant and has been a mainstay in Fremont for many years. The restaurant is under new ownership, and these owners seem just as passionate in providing great food, service, and Hometown values to their customers. Most 818 favorites remain on the menu in addition to awesome new selections. Beer selection is also improving. Best of all, most days you can catch a local celebrity, Mr. Fremont himself, Jay. This is a cozy little place with a great atmosphere and great food.

Bright lively pub atmosphere. Nice menu selection. Very friendly service. Pork chop and lasagna were very nice. Liver and onions good and tender but not as savory as expected. Will return again.
