  "Renting books" means paying up front and not getting your books until the semester is half way over horrible service, horrible business, simply a business that is full of liars that want your money.

  Their prices are better than UWF bookstore most of the time. It's a great place to get most books, not all.

  I had a motorcycle that broke down at their location and the employees that helped me fix my ride we're some of the most amazing people ever. They were so sweet and understanding, I'm glad that my motorcycle broke down at their place! If I had gotten stuck anywhere else, my situation would probably have been hopeless. I understand that they are a bookstore not a auto service place, but I just wanted to give a shoutout to the people that helped me and that gave me an experience that I will never forget, and forever appreciate. You guys are awesome!

  I called to ask if the two books I need are in stock and a girl told me it would take too long because of how they are organized. Ill go to campus and pay the extra money I only have so much time and thats a ridiculous statement.

  Good prices without a doubt but their customer service need work.
  I was given the wrong book (one I did not need) and they refused to refund the money because the two week window passed. I went in after 3 weeks mind you because it dawned on me to as the professor.
  I understand that they depend on professors for good lists, but they could boost customer service a bit.
  Also, If they are able to keep your credit card information on file to charge you if the books are not returned, then why do you have to have it to get a refund? Everywhere else I go (That keeps information on file) or even Walmart, just return the money to your card without having to have it.
  I have had issues for 3 semesters straight and I am strongly considering going to the UWF bookstore. They Price-Match TBB for the record.

  I love TBB! They are WAY cheaper than the campus book store. Great rental prices too!
