This company is terrific! I did quite a bit of shopping around before deciding to work with them. They really went above and beyond to accommodate me and my very hectic schedule. The delivery team, Byron and mike, were friendly and careful. They were by far the best delivery people I have ever had at my house. I also love my Liberty safe.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I bought a nice safe and this is my 2nd Liberty safe. What is extremely disappointing is I bought an accessory (door panel) for my other safe and it did not fit. I went out of my way to return it and was told they would let me know about the refund. When I inquired, after a couple weeks of not hearing anything, I was told, "we do not offer refunds but you might be able to sell it on Craig's List". Wow, not what I was expecting from a small business. Unfortunately, I have to recommend going with a big box store for your next safe or accessory purchase. Where a simple return would never be questioned.

Byron & Mike did an outstanding job on a tough delivery. After trying multiple ways to get it into the house, they ultimately had to go through the back yard and built a ramp as they went. They were nice the entire time and had a no-quit attitude despite the challenges. Highly recommended!
