Tour was informative. The variety of balsamic vinegars-wow! A large variety of flavored balsamic. My favorite was the blackberry, but the lemon was the surprisingly great one add would make fabulous salad dressing. I bought one for in-loves who are huge salad people. The bistro food was great, but fairly pricey for the portion sizes. We had the special of the day, grilled chicken wth risotto and pesto along with the focaccia and herbed oil and the baked goat cheese. We finished with gelato. The gelato was tasty but very grainy. Perhaps that's the olive oil in it? The oils were lovely, the Arbequena was a lovely, light oil, the Mission had that fabulous peppery finish. They have a handful of flavored oils that are yummy; lots of soaps, lotions, etc along with kitchen and lovely gifting precincts in their shop.

Product is great - We have used Sola Stella for quite a while and it is the best we've ever used.

Phone response is really poor. I've never reached a live body and have waited a long time for any call back. "Thanks" to Dave in shipping for returning my call very quickly.

What a nice surprise! Sonoma has come to Texas!! We went this past weekend on Saturday and back again on Sunday. Purchased a few different oils (they taste fabulous)and a couple of olive trees. All of the staff were very gracious and helpful especially with instructions on growing the olive trees. Plan on joining the olive oil club. Will be going back again next month!

I especially enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff. I didn't have time for a tour today, however the showroom has tables set up with self-service sample bottles of about 8 or 10 flavors each of olive oil and balsamic vinegar plus small bread cubes. I bought three flavors and plan to go back. The menu for the cafe looked good.

Loved this place! Decided to stop by as we were driving through and got a great meal. They have a wonderful little shop where you can buy the OOVO and balsamic vinegar. If I wasn't flying home I would have bought some!

This place has a ton of interesting products to see and purchase. You can taste the olive oils and balsamic vinegars. They also offer a small selection of craft beer and some wines so there is something for everyone. When we walked in they were cooking something that smelled awesome but we did not try any of the foods. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Lovely spot on the way to Johnson city (or from). Didn't try the wine but the food was delicious and the chef was kind and generous. There is also a lovely gift shop worth checking out.

Had the cheese plate with meat as well as the French onion soup and they were both divine.

This place is awesome and there is something for everyone there. Definitely make this a stop the next time you go to the Hill Country. The staff recommended to us that we put some balsamic on the goat cheese Gelato, and it was amazing.

Cool olive orchard to visit. They give guided tours if you sign up for them and the gift shop is nice to browse. They have olive oil tastings and a small sit down area for tapas and gelato.
