Today's age is more video inclined than previous generations have been, simply because the video technology did not exist then.

We therefore think that video instruction will result in a better trained student than asking the modern day student to do nothing but shut up and read.

For this reason we developed a video based food services training that to our knowledge, is the only one on the market.
All other sites that generate a Texas Food Handler Card ask you to read for two solid hours. We feel that this is an outdated instruction method.

We primarily want well trained students, which is the goal of the Texas Department of Health Services.

Accomplishing this requires an instruction method that a student is not opposed to.

Today's life is video, and we think that we are accomplishing the goal of providing the food services industry with well trained employees, and they enjoyed their training.
