CUSTOM CASE MANUFACTURING AND DESIGN
We design and manufacture thermal-formed foam cases (also known as EVA, thermoform, and formed foam) and custom-sewn soft cases for sensitive medical equipment, test & measurement instruments, and other portable electronics.
Our on-site quality control department employs the most stringent testing to ensure a quality, zero-defect product befitting of our clients' products and end-users. And, since all of our design and vertically integrated manufacturing are done in-house, we remain the most cost effective.

Tetrafab has been designing and manufacturing custom-sewn cases since 1986; and, in that time we have become a trusted industry leader through hard work, strict values, and ingenuity. We strive to add value to every project by creating a better end-user experience while creating efficiency at every turn in our design, production, and delivery services.
We are a financially sound global company, with two manufacturing facilities and a Central Operations office in Mainland China, and U.S.-based design, customer service, and warehousing. We are vertically integrated and offer turnkey case manufacturing solutions from concept to completion.
