This is the most pleasant Tax Service Company I have ever been to! I only trust businesses that are referred. I recommend this place to my close friends and family. Kim is awesome!

i was very well pleased with the ladies when we first walked in ..to meeting Kim the first time pleasant and knowledgeable ..very very reasonable price for doing our taxes ..didn't feel like i got ripped off from an other place like before ..not to mention the other place but its well known ..

I'm not understanding the unhappiness of some of the customers who are posting on this business. I was referred to Terri's Tax Service from a former colleague 3 years ago. I am 115% satisfied and VERY pleased with her professionalism and the customer service provided by this company. She helped me when I became a new homeowner, adopted my daughter, and started a new job! I haven't had ANY problems with my tax returns! I'm referring several friends to utilize this business!!!

I had my taxes done at Terri's Tax Service since 1984. In the last few years things have changed dramatically! Terri has forgotten 'who' the customer is The actual customer is treated abrupt and short by both Terri and most of the staff. After 28 years, last year I had forgotten my debt card at home and it was already 4/12. In the past they would just bill by mail and concurrently send in my taxes, so I had no concerns. However, the office assistant called me the next day to threaten me that my taxes would not be submitted until they had payment in full! I was astounded and asked her, "Doesn't my perfect payment record of over 28 years mean anything?" She coldly and robotically told me that she didn't care and that if I didn't pay immediately my taxes would not be submitted. I must say that I had no problem paying, but the rude and cold attitude is not one that promotes faithful return customers. There were other unsavory events that also occurred but cutting this short… Terri should try to remember that she is running a service business, but unfortunately she and her staff seem to believe they are the customers and their patrons should be serving them instead!
