TerraBella (formerly Elmcroft) is such a beautiful community! The residents are all happy and the staff does an incredible job! Highly recommend for any family.

I would like to give Elmcroft a zero star review, but they don't give you that option when writing a review for them. We took my Mother out of the facility, & had to take her to an emergency room because she was so bad.
Not abuse as much as negligence. Negligence to the max. If you are thinking of putting a Loved one there, please think twice.

They have a great activities director in Angela. Eric, their director, seems willing to listen when needed. Most of the staff seem to do a good job. I would recommend multiple visits just to observe. That way, you can form your own opinion.
