  I would give a zero if I could. Celebrated my husbands b-day as a function of 40+ people. We did not have enough food! My guests were hungry despite the fact that 4 did not show up. You would think there would be spare. I was assured how people could have seconds! It was embarrassing - nobody could. Salad - the size of the bowl was a joke, I use that size for a family of 4. Contents - people were putting 5 pieces of lettuce on their place. Main course tasted terrible. Broccoli was a mush.
  Wait stuff - truly to be desired. 2 people were with us to start, 1 disappeared after a while. Non attentive, extremely slow. By the time coffee came my guests were looking for their own sugar/ cream.
  After cake cutting the staff forgot to pass it to one table all together.
  My personal favorite - the bar. It took me 7 min to get a drink. Every guest stood there for an extremely long time. They did not tell me that kids could not get a drink themselves so all adults were serving our kids!
  Price - extremely steep, watch the fine print.

  Awful, awful, awful! The service was horrible, not once did the waitress fill our drinks and we waited forever for our orders. The food was gross, the only thing that tasted decent was the bread. Even the water tasted gross and dirty! In fact, the water was already poured into each glass when we sat down - God knows how long it was sitting there. I ordered a salad and some of the leaves were brown and rotted. Other people in my party said that the chicken tasted like rubber, their steak was not cooked, and the pasta was mushy.

  Portions are big and okay tasting but expensive. Sevice was slow but they were busy.

  Overall, an okay place to eat with reasonable prices. I was by myself and the hostess tried to seat me at a tiny table near the front door. I asked her if I could have a table not in the traffic pattern. She took me to another table but made no bones about being annoyed, telling me that I was lucky, it was a slow night. The menu was very good and I had PLENTY of time to look at it, since nobody came to my table for nearly 10 minutes. Plenty of staff in the dining room, wiping down tables, attending to other guests, just not to be bothered by a lone diner. Once I started obviously scanning the restaurant, I was finally able to make eye contact with my waitress. She was somewhat friendly but marginally attentive. When I had a question about the food, she seemed to be very knowledgeable. Although she checked with me during the meal, she never once refilled my empty water glass. (The only drink I had.) The Chicken Piccata was VERY good. I had it with the linguini. It was very flavorful, good sized portion and served at a very good temperature. The bread that was brought to the table was okay but the oil and garlic brought with it was fantastic. With better bread, it would have been a real treat. The Tiramisu I had for desert was so-so. The presentation was nice but it was average at best. To summarize, the entree was very good, desert and bread okay, service could use some work. I found this restaurant through the Hilton Honors Dining Program. I would possibly return for the food but the service would be a deal breaker if it repeated itself.

  Visited while attending a function and found the food to be average at best and my plate was whipped away by the staff almost before I was done - which was strange given that there were still platters containing food on the table. I wasn't even asked if I was done and had to indicate once that I didn't want my plate taken. It could be that they were having a busy day, but the staff were fairly cold as well. Facilities were fine though and the room was comfortable. Just disappointed somewhat in the service.

  A few weeks ago my husband and I had our Rehearsal Party here the night before our wedding. We'd booked one of the function rooms with the restaurant well in advance. We discussed the menu, including drink service, with the restaurant several times. When our party of 25 people arrived for the event, we waited (everyone seated) for more than 10-15 minutes. No one came around for drinks. When we finally asked someone who was filling the water glasses who would be taking the drink order, she told us that we were expected to go into the bar (outside the room) and do self service drinks.
  
  We were pretty horrified and told them that we had expected someone be there to take drink orders. Obviously with a rehearsal party, you don't want people running out of the room constantly to get more drinks, not to mention, my husband's family wanted to pay for them, not have people do self service at the restaurant's public bar. Instead of getting someone on it immediately, they took their time. Once someone finally did come in for a drink order, she took until after the salad course was finished to serve all the drinks. No one came for a drink order again. We had to ask them to have someone come in for another round of drinks. Not only was that bad business for them (the more drinks we have the higher the bill...), but it was incredibly awkward for all of our guests who we were trying to treat to a nice dinner.
  
  We've complained several times, including the night of, and have just been dismissed. They've routinely stuck by saying that if you're in that room you're supposed to tell your guests to go into the next room and get their own drinks at the bar.
  
  While the food is good here, I would NEVER recommend someone have a function here. To make matters worse, their dismissive attitude is quite off putting, especially when an event like this is quite important in most people's lives.

  Food and service not bad but the prices for what you get on the plate will leave you hungry and a bit frustrated.
  Bill came to $74.00: 2 pasta dishes, 3 drinks and 2 kids meals??? WOW!
  Not worth it for the price....

  We went in there and we weren't sure what to expect after reading the reviews. I'm Italian and know the food well. First, my services from our waitress was superb. She was patient with our questions about the food, she went out of her way to make sure we were all set throughout the visit, and I will say it was busy. The food... we were very surprised on how good it was and the generous portions we got. The marinara sauce was so good, I bought some to take home. My husband's pork chops were huge, more than he could handle, but was able to finish it off and topped it off with a chocolate Moulton lava cake and ice cream. Very shocked by the reviews of some people here, and if I could, I would revise them. Great food, great service, great atmosphere and great location. Will be going back.....

  We waited for our orders to be taken for a little longer and the service seemed a little frazzled.
  Food is good, fairly traditional Italian.
  A little pricey but average for nicer family style italian. Nice private rooms in back behind the bar.
  main dining room feels a little cramped but overall normal .
