Our family relocated from the west coast and had to secure storage prior to relocating to the state...sight unseen. Needless to say we scrolled through numerous websites until we discovered Tellus Self Storage.

While the red shutters caught our attention, it was Ruth's excellent customer service that had us sold. Ruth was both assuring and accommodating throughout the entire process. Any issue or concern that we had she addressed. This continues to be our current experience. So, if you are looking for southern hospitality, look no further than Tellus Self Storage...and be sure to ask for Ruth.

When I decided to make a quick move from Alabama to Louisiana, I googled "daphne self storage". I wasn't looking for a certain place in particular, but I am SO glad that I called Daphne Tellus Self Storage first. I moved in the same day I called. They are in a great location, have GREAT rates, and an AWESOME manager!! There wasn't a unit available that was large enough for all my belongings, but Mrs. Ruth worked with me and I was able to get what I needed. They have a 16 ft moving truck which is free with rental of a 10x10 unit or larger- which made my move significantly easier without the stress of renting a truck. If I was late on a payment, she was always so sweet and understanding. She is also WONDERFUL about communication. If you have a question or problem, she is always quick to respond and help you resolve any issue. I always felt comfortable with, literally, my entire life in her care. Also, if you need to reach someone after hours, there is a customer service number. I would highly recommend Daphne's Tellus Self Storage for all of your storage needs!

Great location, very clean units, love the climate control option. Very reasonable prices and a free truck to help you move your belongings, which saved us on a rental truck.
Ruth, the property manager is exceptional--knowledgeable, very helpful and truly a pleasant lady. She made the entire process of renting go smoothly and had great advice.
Will definitely recommend Tellus Storage, Daphne to our friends and family.

The staff at the Tellus Self Storage facility in Daphne is nothing short of amazing. Miss Ruth is a ROCK STAR. ALWAYS professional, super friendly, proactive and she makes the whole process as easy as is humanly possible. I've needed their services multiple times during the last several years. Rarely would I give a business or their workers a TEN. Almost NEVER. The management and staff there are ROCKiT READY. They absolutely deserve a PURRFECT 10. And Ruth is the primary reason. AMAZING, really.
