  Manager's professionalism and industry knowledge is top-notch. Clean property, and located close to my home, so that is definitely a plus.

  This is the best storage facility yet! The manager is great! She is always right there to help someone . I needed help moving a table and she stopped what she was doing and came right out!

  This place is GREAT!! First of all, Curt the Manager is Awesome! He gives excellent customer service and will tell you everything you could possibly need to know about Storage Unit rental. He even gave me some ideas that I didn’t think about.
  I was looking online and calling to ask questions to other storage facilities in Madison and it seemed as if most people were very short and rude an didn’t have time to speak to me. So I continued my search and I saw numerous 5 star reviews for Arlington Park Storage Facility, so I decide to go by and talk to them. I am so glad I did and I am now a tenant.
  I got a Great price, a Free Lock and to top it off, I got free use of a Moving Truck to move my heavy items. That alone saved me a lot of money.
  This facility is so Clean, it has no bugs or critters anywhere, it has lots of room to get to your unit & be able to work at cleaning out your unit, it has 24 hr Gate Access and it feels so secure with all the cameras, fencing and Manager on site. I am so glad that I found this place and I really appreciate having such a Great Manager as Curt is.. Thanks so much for all of your help!!!

  Mr. Curtis was absolutely wonderful. I walked in and thought, oh my goodness I am going to be here forever because there were 3 customers and one staff person. Nope, I was totally wrong. I truly appreciated the detailed information and how efficient yet very, very thorough he was.
  I checked out two other storage companies in this area. One company off Martin Rd quoted me a price of $220 for a 10x10. When the representative saw the shocked look on my face she begin giving me a lesson on supply and demand. Missing the fact of competition. Hands down I saved over $140 renting the same size unit from Arlington Park Self Storage.
  Let me not forget to mention, how super happy I am that my unit was eligible for a moving truck at no cost. NO OTHER COMPANY OFFERED THAT!!!
  I am 100% satisfied!!!!
  Mr. Curtis, has some very delightful stories to tell during the process, which truly showed his love for EXCELLENT customer service.
