  Professional and fair! Thank you so much Cody Ellison for taking care of me and my car. It's been difficult finding a trustworthy auto service shop and I'm so happy I finally have one in Las Vegas. I feel much safer driving on the roads now that my brakes are fixed and I know everything has been thoroughly inspected. Great service and they offer to give you a ride while your car is getting worked on and will pick you up when it's finished.

  As my car is being worked on as I type, I have no worries or concerns that my vehicle is in the best possible hands. I dropped the car off early this morning and they've called twice with updates just to let me know what was going on. The staff is great. They know their stuff and explain things to me in terms that I understand without making me feel stupid. Been taking all my cars there over the years and will continue to do so.

  Where care and quality collide!! Car maintenance is always a daunting process. Add on finding a new mechanic, and you're really in a pickle. Well not here. TW makes sure you know what's happening at every stage, and make sure you are without your car as little as possible. Even when you are, they have loaner cars!! Thanks, Billy, for taking care of me.

  Great service every time! Randy has been working on all of my family vehicles for over 10 years and has been great. Aaron the manager and Billy and Cody up front are always energetic, polite and very helpful. A good honest shop that takes good care of me.

  Absolutely the best! I called several places to get an idea of what I was going to have to do to get my car to pass a smog test. These guys gave me the best options. Consulted with me on every decision before starting any repairs. Best in customer service and best in knowledgeable repair!! Couldn't have asked for anything better!! 😎

  The guys at this location are great. Billy always takes great care of me and my car when I'm there. I work close by and know I can drop off and pick up my car on the same day. They are friendly and knowledgeable. And great at explaining any problems, and keeping an eye out for preventive repairs.

  I bring my car to this location for all problems with my car. I appreciate the fact they don't talk to me like i don't have a clue. They make it easy to understand. I have called my brother and a few friends to make sure I was getting s good deal. Of course they want to fix it but I prefer Ted Weins/Firestone fix my car because it has a warranty. Billy E. has always been very good to me, Thank you. I will always bring my car here. The manager has a great team.

  Had my oil changed on 2 cars. They even took the old oil I had at home and gave me a status on what to repair and what to keep and eye on. I came back asking for a price on the engine mounts as they forgot to give me an estimate. They looked at the car again and remarked the status paperwork to replace all 4 engine mounts instead of the 2 originally noted. It was expensive so I looked up if I could do it at home.
  Turns out there are only 2 engine mounts on a '02 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

  Brought a 2006 Saturn in for an A/C repair. Despite having to wait for a part to be delievered, the team kept us informed of what needed to be done throughout and gave us solid up-front quotes. The compressor was cracked and needed to be replaced along with the accumulator. In the end, the overall cost was lower than it could have been and they made sure we were completely satisfied when we left. The A/C is indeed blowing ice cubes now.

  Do NOT go here if you're looking for a place to patch your tire. Go up the street a bit to Discount Tire. They'll do it for free (Firestone charges ~$20) and won't lie to you about the hole being too large to patch. Firestone just wants to swindle you into buying new tires when you don't really need them.
