    I bought an amp and it stopped working in about 2 months it seems like a lot of people have this kind of problems with this company, i sent the amp to get a replacement and it was sent to the wrong address, I tried to call to fix the address but nobody answers the call and there is never enough memory to leave a message

    Never, never again.. I almost make a trip to Gardena, CA (their location)

    They sold me a refurbished amp that looked like it had been through the ringer.... 2 times. The power and ground inputs had ben melted, and one of the RCA ports was bent so I could not input a right RCA. Called for a week for a label to return, and I finally got it. They got the amp back and said their tech looked and said everything was fine. Then the said that it was damaged due to my mishandling. I took it out of the box.. looked at it and put it back in the box... none of it was mine fault. They to TAKE A 25% restock fee on a product that had death before arrival. My card company and I fought for my $600 back for 6 months, and I finally got my WHOLE REFUND! Please do not support these hooligans and their shenanigans. The product that I bought was the Orion HCCA2500.1

    They sold me a bad sound stream stereo on eBay and told me to return it. So I did they were going to send me back a replacement and it been two months haven't got the replacement. No one answer the phone or messages. So I did a dispute on my bank card and wait to get my money back..

    Great prices, bought on eBay and the delivery was fast! Had a problem a few months down the road. I wanted to swap the speaker out under warranty. I called the number, no answer. I emailed, no response. Very hard to get in touch with. Finally after a few days of phone calls, I reached John. He checked and had the spacer in stock, held it for me and I picked it up the next day. No hassle. So they may be hard to reach, but they stand behind the products and swapped out the bad speaker under warranty with a brand new unit quickly.

    Ordered an item, sent a message prior to order shipping to change it to a newer more expensive model and offered to pay the difference. No response, tried calling the office multiple times, no answer with a message stating "There is not enough space to leave a message" on their voicemail. Will be driving to their address this weekend to see if the store even exists and returning the product.

    Worst retailer I have ever dealt with. Scammers. They advertise one thing then what you receive is missing parts, etc. If you choose in store pick up, while you wait someone is in the back finding a defective item to give you or one which has missing parts. Avoid this seller at all costs.

    Worst customer service out there, nothing but rude unknowledgeable staff. I paid a lot of money for priority shipping (should of been delivered max 10 business days), and instead they sent it by regular shipping. Due to this they told me my item would sit in Customs for 30 days and there was nothing they can do. Not a happy customer. Would not purchase with this company EVER again nor would I recommend anyone else to waste their precious time. Ended up having to get E-Bay involved with this.

    Walk in is better then I thought and if you describe what you need to by they will find if for you and the price is great. Overall a great experience there 5 stars
