Steve Trotter – Before starting a career in real estate Steve spent over 20 years in the high tech industry in various executive positions. Some of these positions include President and Founder of Trotter Technologies, Senior Vice President of sales and Marketing for Rainmaker Systems, President of Mobile Airwaves and World Wide Vice President of Sales and Marketing for GlobalWare. Steve decided to make the switch to a career in real estate with one thing in mind, to help people in purchasing and sell their largest asset. A home is the single largest purchase most people will make in their lives. What Steve brings to the table is the business and negotiation skills and experience that is unprecedented in the real estate industry. Steve is pulling from all his experience and expertise to create a real estate service that makes every transition as easy and seamless as possible for his clients.

Colleen Trotter – Colleen is a former elementary school teacher. She also went on to work for Houghton Mifflin working with teachers and giving presentations on how better to utilize their textbooks and materials purchased by their school districts. Steve was traveling every other week to Boston, Amsterdam, Singapore, etc and in 2005 they decided to work together and became realtors. Colleen acquired two designations right from the start. Her creative side shines when she stages a home for sale. As an Accredited Staging Professional, Colleen has staged over100 homes in her 12 year career and her methods help homes sell faster. She is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Having this designation has helped transitioning seniors with ease and care. She will take a senior client out and explore the various communities and work to find just the right one. Colleen has a big heart and the energy to handle any situation from start to finish.
