  Very disorganized. Expect the workers to do everything for members to make a buck. Drive the members to grocery store, pick them up to come to team wellness, take to court, fill out dhs application. Some of the members have bed bugs. They will fire you if you are looking for employment or on the spot if you put in two week notice. Very little training for new case managers. I was promoted in 10 days and fired when they found out i was looking for employment at a better organized agency. However i was already prepared to leave the next week for a job for the county paying 6$ more. Thanks for the turkey though. Horrible place to work.

  I want to start off stating that the mental health professionals here are all a solid 5 stars in my experiences with them. My psychiatrist and therapist are both genuinely great people who have helped me immensely, they're professional and kind and I've always felt comfortable with them. I am very pleased with my experiences with them and would recommend them both to anyone.
  
  My issue's come to the front desk staff, particularly new people working. I went in for my therapy session a week ago and one of the desk staff hadn't put my name down (just the time) on my appointment so there was some trouble sorting out who I was with the scheduled time. I have monthly scheduled appointments (same day at the same time one a month) with my psychiatrist and wasn't told he was out of town the day I normally see him until I got a phone call the day of the appointment by staff.
  
  I feel like my positive experiences outweigh the negative ones, and they're more inconveniences than anything especially serious. My doctors are excellent so I am really glad I've been able to find them, so my issues elsewhere in the staff are minor.

  Went in for my first appoitment. Checked in and waited. (Mind you i am an extemely patient person and have no problen waiting) so im waiting...45 mins passes. I go up to the front desk and proceeded to tell the woman and the front desk that it was my first appointment and i asked if it normally took this long. She says "oh, so and so is right over there. She'll be coming to get you in just a minute." So i sat back down and proceeded to wait another 40 minutes. My appointment was at 11 and its now 1230 and nobody had acknowledged me or said a word to me. So i lost my patience and i left. Now like i said, i do not mind waiting and understand that intakes can take a while, but to be completely ignored by staff for an hour and a half after i already confronted someone is absolutely ridiculous and this place completely waisted my time.

  I could not be any happier with the services I have received here. The staff all genuinely seem to care. On multiple occasions, they have gone out of their way to assist me on very short notice. From documents needed for court the next day, to emergency counseling sessions scheduled in under 90 minutes. I was beyond blessed when my friend referred me to them. They took the time to listen to ME, not previous diagnosis from other doctors, and have started treating the root causes of the right mental health issues for me. They have included my thoughts, hopes, and input through every step of my process. I'm not "just another patient", I am a person that they are walking with through every step of my healing process. I strongly recommend this place to anyone downriver seeking help with any kind of mental health issues.

  Relatively unprofessional staff. Front desk staff are not always polite or helpful. Mental health workers have actually made me cry when questioning me about why I was there seeking treatment. If you receive medication for mental health, they now are required to drug test you each month you come in. I got a nice $350 bill in the mail from a drug test that I was forced to take, because if I refused I would be refused treatment as told by staff. Will be searching for a new mental health professional to treat me.

  Everyone that works there helps so much with your needs!! If u need an appointment rescheduled they help u with that, if u need more r less therapy they work it out, help with housing, social security, psychiatrist, counselor, they help with all of it!! They even have their own transportation so they can assist in making all of your appointments!! Great staff that is friendly n they move pretty fast too!!

  Trina Ken and Jackie are wonderful other then that this place is a joke went in at 350 for the Dr didn't come out till 6 and still didn't see the Dr and the two receptionists are complete idiots if your looking for help find somewhere else you won't get it here they reschedule you over and over.

  Very poor patient care. Almost got into a car accident. Other members are rude and dont mind there own business. Doctors suck!

  Excellent staff that is very supportive and caring. They helped me heal and start living a happier, more fulfilling life. I can't recommend TMHS highly enough.
