I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and a tire rotation on 06MAY17. Everything was seemingly great, like all my other service appointments here. However, I discovered a few days later that my tires had not been rotated despite having paid for the service. The damning evidence was that I got my front passenger tire repaired a few weeks prior, and the damaged tire was marked by the tire center. That tire remained in the same front passenger location after my service appointment. So unless Hyundai implements some three-tire rotation that I've never heard of, this was an egregious example of a lack of integrity, and it can even be considered theft from a litigation perspective. I contacted their Service Department that following Saturday to address the issue, and they assured me that the tires were rotated. After presenting them with my case, they said they would investigate and call me back on Monday. No contact was made, and almost two weeks later, I've yet to receive a phone call. Fellow service members and civil servants on base, watch your six if you bring your vehicle here and double check their work.
I love this place. They work with you. One thing I can say about most businesses in St Mary's county is that they know how to treat their customers.
Bring your wallet, they will charge you bigtime and make it sound like theyre doing you a favor- and they always include an extra list of unnecessary maintenance to pad it even more.

The salesman that I dealt with, Brian Rhodes, was very thorough, patient and transparent with his pricing. He makes it clear that you're aware that his price includes freight, so you can properly gauge your total cost and are not slapped with an extra $800-1,000 on the back end once the numbers start getting crunched.
I highly recommend him to anyone in the area. He is not pushy and you'll be hard-pressed to beat his prices.
I found my purchase experience to be actually enjoyable. A car is a large purchase, but I know that all with whom I worked at Team Hyundai did their best to be transparent and give me a fair price. I am thrilled with my Elantra GT. My salesperson, Anthony Bernal (on the Team Toyota side but part of the same organization) was easy to work with and did not pressure me in the least. He handled the transaction with ease and good humor. When I returned for tags and BlueLink help, he was a courteous and friendly as the day he sold the car. I highly recommend Anthony and the entire Hyundai/Toyota dealership.
