The only tea shop I stop by in Philly since we don't have this in New York. They're about the same as the others but some drinks stand out

Just went there and they had no bubbles for their bubble tea! Its the only place in Philly that has the Taiwanese shaved ice. Tried it and it was terrible. Not going there again.
