This weekend, Dean Snow attended a showing of Theatre TCU’s “Silent Sky,” directed by Honors senior and Alice & Bob Frye Honors Scholarship recipient Grant Lattanzi. Great job, Grant! Just another example of the diverse passions of our Honors students.
After the show, Dean Snow made sure to make time for a picture with Grant and Ms. Alice Frye herself.
We 💜 our Board of Visitors members and love it when they enjoy their visits "back home!"

Yesterday, Dr. Dan Williams took his Honors “Treks & Texts” students to the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge to plant additional vegetation to prevent further bank erosion.
During their efforts, the group ventured onto the Cross Timbers Trail along the Trinity River, where they were treated to a unique sight - a sunning alligator! 🐊
(Don’t worry, Dr. Williams and his students returned unscathed.)
Last night, Dr. Ron Pitcock became the recipient of a Fort Worth Business Press Corporate Philanthropy Award! The Award honors community-minded companies & individuals who are philanthropic leaders in their organizations and communities - well done, Dr. P!
Check out these photos from the event with Rich Connor (editor of the Press) and Melanie Webb (an Honors alumna).
Happy #JVRFunFactFriday! Did you know that the Honors Program wasn't always open to all classifications? That's no longer the case today and we love being able to work with students throughout their entire academic career at TCU!
