  This is the second home I have purchased with Taylor Realty Group, and the team has surpassed my expectations again. This time, we were in a highly competitive market and the buying cycle took much longer than expected. We made generous offers on multiple homes, and were often shut out by very aggressive bids. Mike never lost patience, and provided his experience-based advice at each stage of the process. Once our final offer was accepted, Mike acted as my advocate with a reluctant seller, constantly doing what was necessary to ensure the deal stayed on schedule for the original closing timeline. Mike also acted as a liaison with the bank during a busy season, making sure my loan processing was prioritized and was proactive in holding the lender to the timeliness of their requirements. Through all the difficulties finding a home in a seller’s market, Mike maintained his professionalism, optimism and a good sense of humor, allowing me to purchase the right home at the value I was looking for.

  Mike and his team did an absolutely amazing job! Knowledgeable, Timely, reliable and respectful. I could b not have asked for a better home buying experiencence. Not only did his team pay attention to detail, they went beyond, to insure we were informed and up to date every step of the way! From first call to closing every interaction with Mike was valued, because of the knowledge he brings to the table. I will recommend 10 out of 10! Did I mention he I also great with kids! Made it easy to look at homes with little ones!

  Mike and his team at Taylor Realty were great to work with during our house selling experience! They took excellent photos of our house, let us have input on all listings, and worked with us every step of the way. He also made sure COVID-19 precautions were taken during the whole selling process. Mike was responsive to all inquiries and kept us in the loop on every detail. We could not recommend Mike and his team more- he truly cares about his clients!

  We rented a town home thru Taylor Realty Group for over a year and decided it was time to buy our first house. Buying a home thru Mike and his team was great. His whole team was very nice, helpful, and very responsive. Mike took the time to listen to our needs and help us find houses that fit what we wanted. They were always available for showings and offered great advice without ever being pushy. Overall they added a ton of knowledge and made buying our first home an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend!
