  Overpriced, unless you are in the clique. No real amenities. Drugs abound. Disrespectful staff. Some residents are quite pleasant, however.

  If you want a big park with all the amenities go to the k.o.a . If country charm, friendly staff and good rates on monthly fees are all you require this is your place.
