Just started working with these folks. It seems like there is a strong customer service focus on their team -- every interaction I've had with them from the sales process, to talking to their account managers in depth to find out more about the resolution process has been seamless.

Would recommend for anyone in the market for tax strategy/resolution type services.

Steve was great. He explained the program to me in way I could understand it. He put my mind at ease. I inquired with different tax companies but they were to anxious to help me. I didn't feel comfortable with them. TaxRise was more professional. They didn't try to call me like 5 times right when I put my phone number online. TaxRise only requested online if I wanted to schedule a appointment, and I did. And they called me back at my appointed time. They were courteous and professional from the beginning to the end. And most of all, Steve was able to answer all my questions. With that said, I can't wait to start working with TaxRise.🤗

Very impressed with Jesse. His knowledge and professionalism during this process should be commended and is certainly appreciated. At first it sounded too good to be true but Jesse dissected the program, benefits, cost and alleviated my worries. He gave me every opportunity to ask questions and moved forward only when he was sure I understood. I am on the beginning of this "journey" but I feel comfortable at least thinking I know exactly what is going to be happening. Hopefully everything goes as planned. If so, this program will help me out now but much more in the future. Thank you.
