  We are loving the 14 day reset !! Me and my husband are doing it all day and the kids are eating the same dinner as us just with a little extra carb on the side. And to top it off I am able to make it work around all of Zona’s food Intolerances since I’m still breast feeding. Day 1 yesterday Breakfast Jeff - salsa egg cups and berries Me protein shake ... Snack Jeff - TS strawberry cream protein crisps Me- 1/2 apple and almond butter Lunch Jeff- big sexy salad with chicken and tomato dressing Snack Jeff and me Turkey lettuce wraps Dinner - chicken over zoodles in a coconut cream herb sauce super yummy and a winner with the fam. Day 2 Today Breakfast- me and Jeff breakfast meatballs and greens Snack - turkey wraps Lunch - healthy chicken soup Snack Jeff- pizza protein crisps and I had a handful of almonds with raspberries Dinner - citrus herb lettuce wraps OMG another great dinner enjoyed by the whole family

  So I have been dairy, Soy,gluten,egg,red meat and seafood free since Zona was 3 weeks old... I know tour thinking what do I eat AIR lol

  No silly I had to be creative!! I’ve lost all of my baby weight plus about 8 lbs but I want more. Thank god for my TS seasonings LIFE SAVERS! The meals are flexible for picky eaters or those with allergies. The plan is low calorie, low carb, low fat, no added sugar, and almost dairy free.

  Moms taco nachos is what for dinner what are you having !!! I just absolutely love that I can make tacos and have them done and served in 10 minutes and not have all of the artificial ingredients and sodium found in regular taco seasoning #tsmeals
