Food was not good! I love Jamaican food and have tried oxtails from plenty of restaurants. This restaurant was terrible! The food was bland, they drenched ur rice in gravy so it’s like ur eating a soup filled meal! Plantains were extra (every restaurant is been to have plantains included) and the Mac & Cheese was kraft, box like! And last but not least, the service was not good. Tho, I don’t expect stellar service at these establishments, I do however expect curtesy. Please revamp ur recipe so patrons don’t get a terrible after taste

I am very picky about Caribbean food. I heard that this place had great veggie patties, so I decided to pay a visit. I ordered the Jerk Tofu plate with two veggie sides. The first thing I experienced while eating was the incredible jerk sauce that is so delicious and flavorful! It has the perfect amount of spice. The second thing that I noticed is how the tofu is prepared. To this day, I have *never* have tofu prepared this well--even at solely vegan restaurants! It is somehow crispy, yet juicy and the flavor seeps though each bite! They have other flavors for the tofu, so even if you don't like jerk, there is something for you! The portion is GREAT (along with the veggies) and very well-priced.

Also, for any roti lovers, the roti skin (when they have it) is authentic to the Trini/West Indian culture! They have a veggie and tofu option for the roti as well.

    Overall, well done!

I've been coming here to eat since college, about 7 years. Any time I eat Jamaican food, this is where I eat. I highly recommend the steamed whiting and vegetables, rice and peas, and broccoli. So good! Family-owned business and great people.

The coco bread alone is worth the 5 star rating! It's fresh made everyday!
That's not mentioning the broccoli, rice, beans and patties that I am now addicted to.
The staff are curteous and quick to help. I am definitely planning on being a regular.
