SId was excellent ! I called at 11am today as the front door of our business wouldnt lock due to the thumb lock not wanting to turn. Sid said he would be here at 3pm . He called at 2:45 letting me know he was about 8 miles away. He arrived earlier than planned and fixed the issue quickly. We always call Sid when we need locks changed when an employee leaves the company. Awesome service and Awesome customer services- which is so very rare these days! Would definitely recommend!

I had called the shop at 9:30 pm just expecting to get a recording that would give me the time the open since I needed a couple keys by 1st thing in the morning. Sid answered and said he was on a call and he could go back to the shop in a half hour to make me some keys. So I met him at 10 pm to get a couple keys made - he has an old-school work ethic that is refreshing to see.

Owner Sid was fabulous! I live in a condo and this is the only place we can get keys made. He is his only employee so between working in the shop, and house calls, he was generous with his time and stayed at shop until I could get there. He made me 8 keys and ALL of them worked!!! We love supporting small local businesses and this is one I would highly recommend.

Sid to the rescue! The thumb latch on my VERY old front door handle failed and I didn't have the patience to figure out if it was fixable.. Thank goodness I chose the right professional to help me out because it was beyond repair. Perfect service for a reasonable price! And Sid didn't even mind the unnecessary "supervision" two of my old dogs provided. Personal space is a meaningless phrase to them..
