Excellent customer service. I bought 2 rubbers and they sent it to my hotel without any problems. They replied all my mesages very quickly.

I made an order (a blade) from overseas and they helped me so much. They dropped the package to my friend located in a hotel in NYC by theirselves! I wished them to choose the lightest one of the blade that I bought and they did it. And they even put an edge tape to the package without my request! Best customer service!

The Butterfly Table Tennis Top arrived the Monday before Christmas just 7 days after I ordered it from you on the phone!!
