  50/50 Some times the order comes out correctly and other times it doesn't. However the staff is pretty friendly.

  When we visited the staff seemed to be fueding. Our waiter was pleasant enuff but seemed distracted. Took a long time to get drinks appetizers and main course. The bathrooms were in need of cleaning

  Ribs were the best I've had in 64 years! Waitress very efficient, effective, and friendly. All over food was delicious. Margherita refreshment could hsve tadted better in the proper glass. That asidr....***** !!!! Going back for more ribs at such a great price!

  Lettuce around lettuce wraps old and wilty with black edges. Fries served cold ( they did fix that by bringing hot fries) service was slow as they gave part of our order to another table. Seemed disorganized. Manager and waitress apologized and were very nice.

  A great stop in the Saratoga area. Service was prompt and Emily was attentive. Food was prepared as expected and tasted great. Members in their rewards program very free items.

  I haven't been to Fridays since around 2005-2008, due to my girlfriend at the time getting sick from food poisoning from their Clifton Park location. Tonight, 7/5/17, I go with my fiance, to Saratoga's Fridays. My meal was ok at best, service was a joke (manager was pleasant) and my fiance legit got a dirty, crusted plate from the kitchen with her dinner.
  They compted the meal and gave us a free app coupon. The free app coupon is in their parking lot and I will NEVER go back again. I've been going to the Recovery Room, awesome food, great atmosphere, good service, plus a rewards program. Just some food for thought if anyone else has had issues at TGI Fridays before.

  Decent enough service, we love the fried green beans for an appetizer. Seems to be managed well enough for a chain restaurant.

  TGI Friday is the best place to go eat waitresses and waiters are very friendly not much waiting if you go a little earlier to go for dinner. Overall it is A5 food waiter drinks Etc everything is A+ 5.

  Absolutely love their double berry mohito shaker. Service was friendly and the food was hot. Can't ask for more than that! 👍

  Service Was Amazingly Lackluster
  
  The TGIF in Clifton Park is superior. Slow waitressing, slow bar service. Slow everywhere.
