Don't bother unless you're willing to do contract to hire. TEK pretty much only deals with that type of hiring scheme and if you force the direct hire approach you are conveniently shelved and forgotten.

Save yourself some time and use Dice and do your job searching yourself. When I did that I found a new job in less than 4 weeks after waiting for TEK to come through for over 3 months.
