Showers were 2x2 cubes barely any room to move around and trying to get changed is a nightmare. Plus lady at the front desk on after hrs is rude as hell and has a massive staring problem. Id suggest getting rid of the old hag. Only good thing was shower water was hot. Other then that. Place is useless.

Fueling was quick....def pump was forward of the fuel pump which kept me from having to back up after fueling to finish. Just had bacon and eggs for breakfast and they were great and quick

Stopped for Thanksgiving dinner. Had been saving points to pay for the dinner. The keosk was out of order. Great. So I make my delivery. Come back spend the night go in for breakfast it's 7:30 am resturant isn't open. All so they have over 30 reserved parking spots. Takes up 40% of the lot. Drivers shouldn't have to pay for parking. And if you have to it's cash only. Can't use points from your ultra one card. I have been coming through here for over 30 year's back when it was a Union 76 truck stop and it was great. I will not be stopping here again. Don't know what to think about some of these TA s any more.

Great dining experience on Thanksgiving Day. My son and I decided to eat the dinner special which was awesome. The manager came to our table to personally ask us how it was going and to wish us safe travels. I would have given a 5 star rating but the Ultra One kiosk was down and the cashier on duty basically told me it wasn't her problem. After some conversation, she finally called someone to remedy the situation. We will be back in the future.

For truckers. The restaurant staff are friendly and quick serving. BUT the food is horrible. I ordered chop steak and onions. It was bland and dry. The cook couldn't cook the onions right. So I ordered breakfast. My eggs where so over cooked that they peeled off the plate. I will never eat there again. Other than that it was clean.

Absolutely sucks. Cashiers don't pay attention, had to re-scale three different times, because they wasn't paying attention. Absolutely ridiculous! Would not, be back at all!

Don't count on your reserved parking...I reserved parking spot earlier in day, arrived 11:30pm to find all reserved spots taken - went to desk, lady says "that happens sometime, sorry for your luck". I suggest they send somebody out to boot out whomever is not supposed to be there, lady says "we don't have the people to do that, sorry". No manager to be found - had to go wander until 1am hunting a spot to stop. Tried in morning to call truckstop and get a manager - can only get voicemail - left detailed message asking for return call - of course never got one.

ALSO - two different trucks blocking drives, could barely get in/out - one truck out of fuel, one truck broke down right in both drives...nobody in store even thinking about doing anything about it...I was told by shop guy that they'd been there for hours.

It's a truck stop. Nothing spectacular here. It serves a purpose. Somedays it's cleaner then others. Sometimes the food is better... sometimes not. Too many reserved...pay parking...the new norm for drivers to deal with. So you won't be disappointed if you stop here but you also won't be amazed either. Safe travels.

Went for an oil change and got out with air leak, the monkey greaser told me to NOT SET THE BRAKES and puncture one of my air chambers while I was outside talking with my dispatch. Then he's like man you have and air leak and we can replace the air chamber for you. STAY WITH THE TRUCK AT ALL TIMES, IF THEY DON'T LET YOU STAY IN THE SHOP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU'LL GET SCREWED.

Truck stop and all is nice but if you need service stay away my experience has been a multi step one so it isn't just one time that has left a bad taste.
First off I went for a radiator replacement and was passed off shift to shift.finally the tech gets to me and first thing I'm told is he isn't certified or suppose to do this job since he has been there under a year, his name was Joe by the way... Then low and behold who I find doing the work take a guess it was Joe. The other techs kept offering help but Joe kept saying he knew what he was doing which it turns out he didn't cause a truck which had no leaks before has been a violent leaking nightmare since prince of the crap show touched it. Here we are weeks later and several trips back and guess what now another shop is dealing with it cause this shop can't.
Now not to take credit away from the techs there who can do there job or to say it's not easy to trace down what a idiot did wrong but come on I'm losing money and time and it's still not right someone needs to be held accountable and pay for the inconvenience they have caused my company and the money they have cost me . As for management has this Joe should have been fired nope he still works there and as for anything else as far as I'm concerned you owe me for down time you caused by hiring a bonehead to work on our trucks and put our well being and safety of others at risk.

If u got funding then go for the reserved parking. Better than not parking at all.
