    I bought a van from Carvana. The air conditioning didn't work right so I came to T&T. Tom stayed on the phone with the warrany company until they agreed to the repairs. He also discovered and repaired an electrical problem. I highly recommend this auto repair service.

    Father and son run business. Father is the brains of the operation, the son is the Braun!
    Good quality repairs, sometimes slow but thats sourcing and shipping of parts that takes a while with ups, FedEx etc. Took my newer Cadillac cts for breaks and rotors and was very inexpensive. I believe the shop rate is $60 or $70 an hour. I can handle that ! Thanks Mr Barnes sr and Jr

    We received excellent service at the garage from Tom and staff! We have brought several vehicles for service and have always been happy. My son bought a jeep that needed extensive brake work. Tom took care of it quickly and efficiently so he could be safe on the road. Would definitely recommend this business to others.

    We brought our vehicle to be inspected here on the 28th of April which was a Tuesday. The garage called us back to let us know what all was going to need to be done to the vehicle and told us it was going to cost a certain amount and would be completed by the end of the week. Come Friday we still hadn’t heard anything back and figured they hadn’t finished yet or just didn’t get around to calling us back. Come Monday, my husband called to ask what was going on with our vehicle and they STILL had not even started working on the car (that was supposed to be completed the previous week.) After ANOTHER week of waiting for a phone call, we AGAIN called them on Friday now (11 days after dropping our vehicle off) for them to tell us it was ready… no one bothered to contact us or let us know the vehicle was ready. They then proceeded to tell us the cost was now $200 MORE than they initially stated. Cleary, we were a bit irritated at this point and curious as to why we were not contacted and made aware that this was now going to be an additional $200. My husband called them back to ask why the cost was significantly higher than we were told and what all had to be done for it to increase to that extent and their “professional” answer to this UNDERSTANDABLE question was, “well, we can charge you MORE if you’d like.”

    Absolutely ZERO customer service, ZERO professionalism and we will NOT be returning. We will also make sure it is known to friends and family that the quality of professionalism at this business is close to none. In no way, shape or form was my husband ever RUDE or LOUD with any of the gentleman in the office on the phone and I am highly disappointed a business in our town treats their customers in this fashion.
