Established in 2017, Synergy Martial Arts offers training programs for both children and adults. The emphasis at our academy is focused around applicable self-defense training to fit the needs of our world today. At Synergy our curriculum is built around the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, while also offering instruction in striking and weapons systems from arts such as Balintawak Escrima, and other classical systems. Additionally, Synergy Martial Arts will also be offering fitness programs in yoga, spinning, and other group fitness opportunities that will be announced at a later date.
