  Thanks for such wonderful service and patience with our daughter. She must have tried on just about every homecoming dress in your store, some twice. She was looking for that perfect one and all were so helpful. We had a bit of a drive from central Pennsylvania, but well worth it and a large selection to choose from. You even took the time to add shoes and jewelry.

  I definitely would recommend this store. Ladies this was the best experience I had. Due to
  Personal reasons it took me 5 months for me to get the funds for a wedding dress. After trying several stores and no luck it came down to 5 days before my wedding and I called and got Brooke. Not
  Only did Brooke go the extra mile for me we literally did not meet each other and she had helped me over the telephone and I got the dress overnight to me and guess what!!!! The dress was perfect and it fit!! Thank you so much Brooke for the ownership you took in your job. I'm so blessed to have met you and can't wait to order from you again

  I called looking for a non-traditional gown and I found my happily ever after gown with the help of the young women working there and Brooke, who was phenomenal. First off, everyone was so kind and helped me feel beautiful in every gown I tried on. Brooke was also there to help guide me to a dress that fit my style and body type. She was willing to call the designers to find out if the dresses I liked came in ivory or if they could cut it for me. The fact that she went the extra mile and took two plus hours with my mother and I shows just how dedicated this shop is to helping you find just what you need. I can't recommend Synchronicity enough. They are amazing!

  Shopping at Synchronicity Boutique was an absolute joy. Brooke and the staff are patient and extremely knowledgeable about the boutique's products and the designers they deal with. I looked the vast selection and will always recommend this boutique to friends, family and anyone seeking a great boutique with phenomenal people working there to make your special occasion a dream come true.

  I am so thankful for this store! I went to Maryland this past weekend to go to a friend's black tie wedding. My boyfriend and I got there safe and sound. Guess what did not show up? Our suitcases!!! After doing some research, I came here and bought myself a beautiful dress for the wedding and a short little dress for the rest of the weekend. Thank you Brandi for the assistance! I hope someone shares this compliment with you!

  Both times that I have been into the store, they have made me feel so valued and they were just so helpful. The second time I went in, I actually went because I ended up not fitting into the dress that I had bought originally. I was basically crying and feeling horrible about myself, but the moment I stepped into the store, they greeted me and I explained to them what happened. Usually, there are no exchanges because all sales are final, but because I hadn't altered the dress so they let me exchange it for one that fit me (and that I looked great in). They turned a day that had originally started out with me feeling pretty bad about myself, into a day that made me feel beautiful and so much better. The selection is amazing as well.

  Wonderful just wonderful! These girls saved my wedding! I'm getting married 7 of January 2017, my mother waited one month for a special order dress from another store, when we went to the "boutique"we realized it was a knock off! In tears and my wedding 10 days away we went to Synchronicity. The girls were amazing and professional they raked the racks looking for a dress for my mother which is size 20, they searched the wear house even to and checked if they have any other dresses available. They helped us not only find my mother a beautiful dress and matching earrings they even called the local seamstress and got us an appointment that same day for my mothers alterations! And they helped us in our case with the knock off dress! These girls were just amazing, they know their stuff when it comes to dresses. Being a size 20 finding a dress last minute is not always an easy, but these girls know how to reach every size and every age! It's every girls dream to look beautiful on their wedding day and for me it's my dream that my mother also feels beautiful and these girls went above and beyond! Thank you so much!

  I was looking for a not so mother of the bride dress for my daughter's wedding. I wanted a gown that was no less than gorgeous. I found the right gown at Synchronicity. They had a large selection and I liked the way there was not a long wait for the dressing rooms even when there were a lot of people there. There were plenty of associates to help out in the fitting rooms also. The dress was a Sherry Hill design and it is beautiful.

  I absolutely love this store!!! The staff at this boutique understand the true definition of "customer service." Karen, the owner, is kind and genuinely cares about every guest who enters her establishment. The dresses are in impeccable condition and much care is taken that they stay that way without discouraging customers from trying them on. There is no limit to the number of garments that can be tried on and paying mothers are not placed in a holding area where they are unable to get an up close view of the quality of the dresses. My daughter felt special. We were assisted by every sales associate in the store ( Megan, Brandi, Julie, and Brook) as well as the owner. I applaud Synchronicity for getting it right! Please don't leave the store before giving the staff every opportunity to meet your needs.

  This was my first time looking for a dress and it was the greatest experience for me!😊 Awesome service, beautiful dresses, wide variety, and more!! The dress I picked was beautiful and they made me feel comfortable and like family. They are very welcoming. In addition to the great service, they were very helpful with non-store related issues!! My mother has cancer and started to shake severely when we were leaving. They quickly stopped there business and came outside to help us, offered her water, a seat inside, and when it eased up they helped us to our car!! So when I say we were treated like family with care, I mean that in the most literal way possible!! Thank you for your service and for your care synchronicity boutique!!!! ❤️💕❣
