These folks are a great resource. Friendly, affordable and very knowledgeable of the area.
They have a huge amount of rental gear available, along with just about everything need to go enjoy the wilderness. You can even get meals form them. They also do drop offs and pickups, shuttling, 4 wheel bikes, river trips. Just ask, you may be surprised at what they offer.response / report this review -

The scurge of Sylvania. Anything (especially advice) they offer can be bought elsewhere for much cheaper, with a little pre-planning. Avoid at all costs.

The owner and his son were very helpful with all of our needs. We rented two kevlar canoes and were very happy. He didn't charge us any more than the price he quoted. He was honest, fair, and knowledgable.
