I wish I could give no stars. I woke up to a $70 charge on my card and immediately sent a message to delete it. The order had said that it was processing. I got an email back saying it was already sent and they couldn't do anything and if I didn't want it, I should donate it. 5 hours later I got an email saying it was shipped. I sent 3 more emails and none of them were responded to. What a terrible company and customer service.

Had drop lot in 1 location and then you go to another to pickup your trailer. Our load was 3 hours past the appt time, it was a sealed trailer, but no load locks, and when we opened the trailer at the next stop, packages fell out.

I am very disappointed in the overall quality and customer service. Swiss Colony is NOT what it used to be. I’ve been a customer with Swiss Colony for 20 years, but somehow, when I went to make an order online, it treated it as a new account. I didn’t happen to have my account number with me so only used the ez order number from the yearly catalogs which have been sent to me for years. To my surprise, I received a hard inquiry on my credit which of course, dropped my credit score.
The reason the credit department gave me was that I hadn’t changed my information online. I've moved all over the country, ordering in each state, and this is the first time that has happened! Tell me HOW did I get a catalog sent to me, IN MY NAME, with my NEW address???
I could not believe that I would not even get the courtesy of a phone call to ask if I was the same person who had been with Swiss Colony for 20 years. Not that I could understand anyone if they did call. Everyone I spoke with had such heavy accents, I could hardly understand them and they are not courteous in the least.
Swiss Colony has lost another life long customer.

Still have bad memories. A couple of years ago, I ordered several cheese spreads for Christmas time. Ordered them about Dec. 3rd. By the 21st nothing had arrived. We had wanted them for the season. I called the phone number and wound up somewhere in New Jersey. When I complained about lack of delivery, they refused to apologize and blamed everything under the sun but their own system. She particularly blamed the weather, as if it didn't snow in Wisconsin or the East in December. The woman was snippy, unapologetic and absolutely apathetic. I told her I'd wanted the cheeses for a party, and she had the gall to ask when the party was being held. I tried to cancel the order, and she refused, saying the item had already shipped part-way. It was like she was having fun trying to "win" the argument. The items didn't arrive until the Saturday before Christmas - would have been Christmas Eve if it had gone one more day. She wound up losing a lifelong customer for Swiss Colony.
Terrible place customer service horrific I turned them into the bbb and fda office for investigation into this practice
They dont know who have accounts and who don,t . I have been with them for two years always pay on time yet every time i want to order they can,t fine my ccount. How about that.
My boyfriend sent me a gift from Swiss Colony that got destroyed in shipping by some rain. The customer service team took no time in taking my call and replacing the damaged products. They were very friendly and eager to help, even though I'm pretty sure the USPS is to blame for the ruined boxes. I definitely will be ordering from them in the future. Swiss Colony is a great company!
