  Gave our 18yr old pool a face lift in 2020. Brad and his guys have been fantastic, they really do everything they can to make sure you're happy with the finished product. I highly recommend these folks. Competitively priced and from right here in Blue Springs. I love buying local and you will too with these guys.

  I recently purchased a hot tub from Swim Things in Blue Springs, MO. My salesman’s name was Kyle.
  The people there are friendly and very attentive.
  They delivered my new tub and took away my old tub on a Friday morning and it took less than 75 minutes.
  They took great care in setting the new tub up and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it.
  My electrician couldn’t make it for a few days so I called Kyle and they recommended an electrician to call and hook the tub up. I called on a Friday afternoon and A&A Electrical, Inc was there at sun up Monday morning.
  Filled the tub it heated right up. Young man named Tate came out Tuesday and showed me how to run and take care of my new tub.
  This is my 3rd Hot Tub and my first one from Swim Things. My wife and I love it!
  Main buying factors that made me choose Swim Things. The BullFrog Spa brand, the 5 year warranty, they delivered and hauled my old spa away and I call Swim Things when I need service.
  Throw in the great treatment I received from Kyle and Tate and it was an easy buying experience.

  These guys know their stuff. From pools to hot tubs. We had them come out and give us a quote for a pool. They can handle everything from construction all the way through landscaping. We are also in line for a spa but everywhere is on quite a back list. As big as they are they are able to get more than other dealers.

  Vince was absolutely Great! Out of 4 pool companies he was the only one to actually get back to us. Everyone we talked to who has had them put in a pool has been absolutely 100% pleased. If we decide to proceed this is the only company we will use.

  I was in the market for a pool and was told it would be in September 2021 before it would be installed. I told them its okay so I came in to chat about it and get an estimate in June 2020. I never received an email or phone call back. I am not sure if they forgot maybe or if they just don't have time but a simple follow up would have been nice. We've since gone elsewhere but wanted to share our experience rather than not saying anything.
