We have had several experiences with Swick Home Services - repair, home improvement installation, emergency services, etc. We have always been very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, competency, and efficiency of every person we've been in contact with. The phone is answered on the first ring with a very pleasant assistant responding and referring us to a scheduler who has all of our information handy. The technician arrives on time and does a complete job, being careful to not disturb the home carpet and things. Clean up is efficient, and the technician always explains what they have done and what we should know about the appliance, etc. The items installed and the workmanship is top quality and the personnel are knowledgeable about their product. We will continue to use Swick for our needs which they handle.

Reliable and quick service. Just had a yearly tune up and a condensation pump replaced which they were able to do everything in one visit. As expected they are pricy and I would recommend that if you need to replace your air filters, but then and replace them yourself.

Our Service Specialist Connor J was incredibly nice and he fixed our problem very quickly. We had been dealing with a drain issue for months and had called another company previously that only wasted our money. Grateful to have chosen Swick this time around. Thanks Swick, and Mike and Austin in particular, for a great experience with helping us in getting our recently purchased 1880's house closer to 21st century amenities. We needed all sorts of repairs for plumbing, ventilation, and electrical as quickly as possible. Marquette is unique in that the season for getting anything done around a house is very short and everybody is crazy busy. Austin managed our, at times panicky, requests with calm and flexibility. Mike carried out all repairs and upgrades in all aspects with complete mastery of each trade and craft. Besides, he is a great person to talk to, about house repairs, and life in general. We are looking forward to many more projects, working with the great people at Swick!

Both Austin and Tom were very professional. Austin set up the service appointment and was very understanding of my specific times available for this to happen. When I scheduled the appointment, I tried to avoid two trips by explaining to the office staff (Katie) what the technician needed to bring. I even offered to send a picture. Katie informed me that would not be necessary because they had the information. Unfortunately, they did not and two visits were required. Mike is very personable and did his best to fix the problem. He explains everything clearly and always goes above and be on.

The Swick technician that serviced my furnace most recently was very professional but still warm and friendly. John was thorough in explaining what services he completed as well as explaining what services we may want to consider without any pressure to do so. As always, the Swick staff that come to my home are always conscientious about my floors, when entering my home; wearing their little booties. Now if I could just get the rest of my family on board with that!
