  Came home from a holdiay vacation to a house with no heat. My kid and I were sick in a cold house, miserable. Swan priortized us, got someone out 3 days earlier than their schedule allowed. Rafael was a Great! Figured out the problem immediately- faulty gas valve in the furnace. Got the right parts delivered and installed the next day. He figured out for me the parts were under warranty from the previous homeowner so all i had to do was pay for the labor, which was even better! Stayed to make sure everything worked right. Now my wife and son and I are enjoying our warm cozy home again. Super appreciative to Rafael and everyone at Swan for a stellar job. I hardly ever do google reviews but they were just too impressive not to!

  We decided to join Swan's membership program right after our initial service. That so rarely happens for us.
  The service from start to finish, on our first encounter, was top-notch. Just don't seem to find that anymore. We almost forgot what it was like!
  The technician they sent out was incredibly knowledgeable and had a very high service IQ. It was obvious Cameron was well trained. He also related that the company only hires fully trained and competent technicians who are fully certified for all their services.
  Even when he phoned to let me know he was available to come out 30 mins earlier than our scheduled window, he made certain to ask, twice even, that it was "only if it was convenient for me, " and that he could just as easily keep the set time window--it was whatever I preferred.
  So far we are sold. The service membership gives us a good piece of mind as we work to keep maintenance up on our 25 year old home.

  Swan has consistently provided great quality work for all of our heating and plumbing needs. Every member of the team who we have encountered has provided great care to our property and pet's and have top notch customer service. We will gladly continue to call on Swan as our go-to provider.

  We scheduled a furnace tune up with Swan and Taylor Blackburn was our tech. He was very communicative on the day of the service and gave us multiple updates about his anticipated arrival time. During the service he was very friendly and extremely detailed. He took the time to explain what he was looking at, why it was important, and what he found. He even offered us a new air filter and batteries for our carbon monoxide alarm. I would definitely recommend Swan and specifically Taylor for an HVAC or furnace needs.

  Thank you Swan Plumbing, heating and air for keeping Denver warm and fuzzy in the winter, and your Vans are always looking good with your decal packages. Good job on the designers and the people hooking you up with amazing graphics.
