Seemed like nice guys running this place but they don't have much in ATV/UTV accessories which is why I stopped in. They have a huge building that was mostly empty. I hope things in WV start to pick up so these guys succeed. Voting Trump was probably a good idea for this economy stricken state. We love it there.

When we bought our sea-doo from Swampfox they wouldn't work with us on pricing etc. but finally they agreed to price match with a different dealership. We bought our GTI SE 130 and we are very pleased. They had to order a cover because the one they had given us did not even fit our jet-ski. We were promised to receive it in the mail within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later we had to travel (over an hour) back to Swampfox to pick up our cover.

When it came time to winterize and service the sea-doo before we put it up for winter, we decided to let Swampfox service the boat and we would winterize it ourselves. We paid almost $140 just for them to service/oil change the boat. We dropped off the boat and picked it up a week later.

When we winterized the boat a few days after it was serviced we discovered serval things. Swamp fox had left the oil cap OFF, the oil was low, and they had broken the plastic cover which hides the motor. Good thing we didn't take it out on the water! Some of our family also bought a jet-ski from Swampfox. We compared our boat to theirs which was not serviced and they had a significant amount of more oil. As soon as this was discovered, we called Swampfox. We spoke with Billy, the manager. We had to call several times before getting a call back. Billy Was very negotiable and agreed to mail us oil to put in our boat as well as replace the broken plastic piece. He would not give us any type of refund for the poor service.

Bottom line, I did not mind working with the dealership to get the issues resolved. But, if you need to get something serviced or need work done on your Sea-Doo, motorcycle, etc. I would look into a different dealership. They are very sloppy and quite frankly it's unacceptable.
