Exceptional service. I had a severe case of pneumonia and bronchitis and my stay was over 12 hours. The nursing staff (Nurse Erik) and physician (Dr. Mitchell) were beyond my expectations. The same goes for the front desk and support team. I was visited by the nurse and physician more times than I can even remember. They were patient, caring and only wanted me better so I didn't have to go to the hospital. They never rushed me and even offered to prepare a two light meals.

Great Staff and customer service! Everyone was so nice! I came with my 8 year old son at 3 am because he had a very bad pain in his left ear. Shaquita W was so nice since the beginning, the assistant doctor as well and the Doctor were so kind to us!. They helped us really fast and gave my son medicine immediately. We were out in lest than 30 minutes and my son was happy again with no pain. He even got a sticker. I only paid $150 for co-pay. I definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience during my visit. Taylor, Lisa and Dr.Nandi were extremely kind and had me in and out after I was tested for a respiratory virus. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing emergency care!

My son was having chest pain so we went in to get checked out. My son had to be transferred to children’s Dallas. the staff got us there very quickly for my son to be evaluated. We were very pleased with our service. Eric, Claire, Emily, Lisa Renee’, and Dr Nandimandalam we’re on staff that day.

Excellent experience!!!!! From the check in process to triage to being seen by the doctor and having imaging performed….. this experience was the best I’ve received in healthcare in a long while. Dr. Peth has impeccable bed side manners and it was truly a pleasure to have him care for my son. Everyone that participated in our visit did a phenomenal job. I will definitely use their emergency services in the event of another health emergency. Thank you Surepoint for your excellent level of patient care.
