    This is by far the worst car rental experience we had! We reserved a car 1-2 weeks in advance for 8am to go to Key West and when calling the day before to make sure the guy had no idea what was going on. I then call at 8:05 because apparently they come pick you up but the guy who answered sounded like he just woke up and said he would send a driver to be there in 15 minutes. He calls back 25 minutes later to let me know that there is no car available!!! Almost ruined our vacation but we found a rental (enterprise rent a car) and managed to go.

    Avoid at all cost if you want to ensure a car be available! Confirmation etc means nothing to this company.

    Dont go here! I doubt it even exists. Seriously, what is wrong with this place??!!
    I made a reservation online a week in advance. After making the reservation I call Supreme Rentals twice to check the status of my request, to see if everything was ok. BOTH times I spoke with a "Jonathan" who told me everything looked fine but he "would call me back" to confirm. He did not. I called again the following day, and again spoke with Jonathan, who was very busy but "would call me back" to confirm everything was alright with my reservation, but he did not. Today I arrive at Supreme rent a car, to find a block of apartments when I was not sent a complete address. Was there some mistake? Was my reservation canceled? Well, I could probably answer that if someone would have picked the phone. I waited for an hour and then left. I dont know how they do their business, but this is no way to treat customers!!!

    Perfect choice, newer car. Great customer service. Best price after calling 5 different companies.
