Sam and Brian are both amazing! Very nice and knowledgeable. Loved getting the daily videos on what they did that day with my dog Axle! They trained him to be my service dog for mobility and they did a wonderful job with him! I can’t thank them enough for what they have given me! I highly recommend them for all your dog training needs!

Sam is a phenomenal dog trainer who truly listens to you and tailors training to you and your dog’s needs. We receive virtual lessons and she is great at providing guidance through the phone so I feel confident handling my dog without her physically there. She has numerous years of experience training dogs and you can immediately tell that she knows what she’s doing and absolutely loves what she does. With her help, Hazel has turned into a very well-behaved dog that I can take out in public without worrying that she’ll be a menace. 10/10 recommend!

tl;dr: Professional, Fun, EFFECTIVE.
Sam and Brian have given me and my dog a new level of peace. My german shephard/pit mix was well behaved in the house, but she had NO manners in public. I wanted to be able to bring her on walks without her barking and lunging excitedly at other dogs, and to have her get out of the house with me to eat lunch or have a couple of drinks.

Not only did Sam and Brian deliver this 300%, but they really take the time to work with each dog's specific difficulties. It's so much more custom than I realized. If you're not convinced to use them, follow their Instagram account (@superiork9academy) for a week and you'll be sold. They post a ton of transparent, behind the scenes footage during training and describe how they're working with each dog.

The most surprising thing to me after Lulu came home, was how CHILL she was. I think they call this confidence, but whether it's around the house while I'm unloading the dishwasher, or laying next to me at a bar with dozens of people walking right by her, she's not just obeying, but she is relaxed and calm.

I can't recommend them enough. I've also used them in a pinch for last minute boarding, and they are just so accommodating. This training is the best money I've spent in a long time. Thanks y'all!

I sent Capone and Lulu to Superior K9 Academy for a two-week board and train and I'm so happy I did! Now I'm able to have both dogs at their store and take them both out to my favorite restaurants without worrying that one will act up and embarrass me. No more pulling on the leash and no more running after squirrels!! Brian and Samantha are very passionate about dogs and treated Capone and Lulu like their own. The videos and texts they sent me on a daily basis to provide updates were great and made it a little easier to be away from my dogs for two weeks.

Moose recently went through the two week board and train with Sam and Brian and I can easily say it’s one of the best things I have done for myself and dog. Moose was reactive to pretty much anything that moved (cars,bikes,people,dogs,etc.) I would avoid going to parks and pretty much kept walks short because I was afraid of running into someone else or another dog. Fast forward two weeks, I don’t want to leave parks or the beach with Moose! I am so proud of Moose and cannot believe his transformation! If you’re looking for a trainer these are your people. They update you daily what your dog has learned and will answers any questions you may have. If you are hesitant (like I was) about doing it I highly recommend taking the leap of faith and I guarantee you will not regret it. Your dog will be in great hands! Thank you again Sam and Brian for building such a solid foundation for my dog!
