I am quite surprised to learn this place has been in business for 30 years. I called to inquire about a vehicle I was prepared to purchase; the person I spoke with had a raspy voice and was so indignant. My suggestion is to have a conversation before you purchase. If someone is resentful of questions about a major purchase, you probably don't want to do business with them. He could have just been having a bad day, but he lost a customer this day. I hope this helps.

I can Johnny turbo my circumstances, my finances, and he seems to get right on finding something that he knows I will like, that I can afford. From past dealings with him, he has had my car towed, worked on and personally brought back to my home cleaned up and running great. That's why I went back

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are unlucky enough to be interested in one of their cars, take it to a mechanic so they can talk you out of it.

Dealer was very nice at first.then when I wanted to test drive several vechiles instead of choosing the first thing I drove he became rude and hateful. Would never buy from someone like that. I was the customer; my right to choose the car I wanted. Went like 10 minutes down the road and was treated exceptional at another lot; chose my car and paid cash money. His rudeness lost the sale.

Very poor attitude! No manners, Very rude, He has a new approach to selling a car, call your customer's names an call them idiots, And act like a small child. it's not the best approach to call a customer a idiot for wanting to look over a car first or asking about why the car was smoking. Easy you can smell oil in the exhaust fumes an the oil cap had burned oil on it. It's burning oil, Which in the future will cause the piston rings to go bad. All cars will smoke alittle at the beginning when you start them because of moisture but should stop after a minute or so white smoke is a head gasket blue smoke is oil. So my guess is he knows that the car has a issue an doesn't want you to find out about it, Making him dishonest. Their are a lot of used dealers in the area buy a car from someone that wants to work with you an not this guy, personal I believe you will be making a mistake you will regret.

Dealing with the owner John T.Harrison was the single worst experience of my life! Not including the death of a loved one! John T was very angry when I was gone more than 30 minutes on a test drive & called me while I was driving the car. I had left a $200 “good faith” cash deposit. John T Harrison was EXTREMELY rude to me after returning from the test drive and I had valid questions regarding the vehicle in which I intended to purchase. John T Harrison was very irate & visibly angry when I tried to ask questions regarding the vehicle. I felt VERY threatened by his physical actions & attitude. I had parked my car a half a block away from the car lot and could still hear him screaming at me as I quickly walked back to my vehicle. The only positive note was speaking to Charlie whom I had originally spoke with and was kind & respectful, but unfortunately wasn't there when I went to pick up a car I had intended to purchase. I feel badly that Charlie must deal with someone like John T Harrison. Because of John T Harrison, Charlie lost a sale. I would NEVER recommend Super Car's to anyone! Which is a shame, as I live in Salem and was trying to support our local businesses!
