Great place to stay on Treasure Island. Most units have a beach view. Great pool, separate kiddie pool with fountains, 2 Jacuzzis, beach bar and easy access to a wide swath of beach. The fitness room is awesome. Several decent restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Good little breakfast cafe on site. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they didn't tell us they'd be power washing and refinishing the walkways while we were there. It was very noisy and disruptive. But otherwise, a great place to stay.

Visited my parents who are staying here. Spent the day there on their gorgeous beach. Beautifully greened property, friendly staff, and great bar. The rooms are clean and super cute. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful location! Loved watching the sunset from the deck overlooking the beach. The suite was spacious for our family, enjoyed the full kitchen, had great shrimp dinner without having to go out. Plan to come back again

Very conveniently located to John's Pass area activities. Beautiful courtyard and ample parking. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean and has a lot of chairs. The kiddie area is really nice for little kids under 4 or 5.

We have our annual high school reunion here. Beautiful white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after the beach. The rooms are always very clean and nicely equipped. Great walks on the beach and sunsets!

I Definitely recommend Sunset Vistas. One of my best experiences ever. Made my stay at Treasure Island FL very memorable. Top self service. Immaculate suite with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Staff is exceptional. I'll be back again!

Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff (and many of them) always working hard! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchens are convenient and laundry in your room is a nice perk! Only minor complaints of the water did not get hot enough for my taste for bathing. Food/entertainment was a moderate walk but was doable. We found a great transport service that worked by tips only! Would definitely stay here again!

SO THANKFUL! Hurricane Irma put this St. Pete resident without power for nearly 5 days. This was one of the only options open, as more and more locals were pouring into hotels. They were so understanding and incredible with check in. The room is like an incredible apartment! Not only do we have a full kitchen and large space for all four of us to spread out but what I am most thankful for at this time is AC! I will be sure to recommend those who come into town to stay here!!

Hotel is right on the beach! Sand is a beautiful white powder and tons of space for hotel property. The hotel pool and hot tub are an added bonus. So far so goodjust checked in today.
We are in a group so we rented a big room with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen with silverware and dishes, washer and dryer and great Gulf views!response / report this review -

Family of four vacationed here in May/June. We loved our experiences here. Staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and cafe were always excellent. (as was the beach bar) Prices were what I would expect in the locale. Stepped right off the patio on the great white sand beach. Tons of attractions close by and easy to get to. The kitchenette with laundry was ideal for a family to save money with cooking. Only took off 1 star for the shape of the bathrooms and towel quality. Otherwise, everything was excellent and I would recommend to any friends.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Location is great, within walking distance to John's pass. Would recommend and stay here again. The only thing is, the refrigerator is a little old and has cracks in the freezer and the couch is a little stiff. Honestly, great hotel though.

Have been staying here for many years with my family, beautiful views, and the best employees. Everyone is always greeting you, making sure you are enjoying your time, and very helpful if not familiar with the area. Rooms were always clean, and the decor completely sold me. Planning to come back very soon! Would recommend this to anyone and everyone visiting Florida!

There is absolutely nothing that this resort does not offer! We have stayed here several times for five week vacations and love it! This year we were in 408 South. The staff are very friendly and more than helpful on all accounts. The units are well appointed and kept clean. The new king beds were a pleasant surprise.
