Overall the experience was great. Hot water lasting thru multiple showers was the only issue. Otherwise we really enjoyed the resort.

As a owner, i have decided that the purchase is definitely worth it. You get an awesome 2 room apartment on a lake that you can rent out for money or stay at it. Overall great experience

Quiet but convenient location. Clean, comfortable, and spacious units. Elevator would be an appropriate improvement to the upper levels.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Staff very helpful and courteous. Nearby accessible skiing at Caberfae Peaks. Will definitely consider returning.

Nice 2 bedroom condo on Lake Cadillac. Peaceful setting, close to snowmobile and bicycle trails. Downtown Cadillac isn't bad but doesn't have a ton of touristy stores like Frankenmuth or Traverse City. Lots going on in the area though and Sunset Shores has a great location to take it all in. Staff was very friendly and knew us by name
