  Cozy and nice complex of just 20 water facing and very spacious Condos. Each condo comes with full kitchen and two full bathrooms. This is a paradise if you’re into boating and water sports!

  This is a wonderful restaurant! Food is amazing, staff are friendly, and food is exceptional! Kudos to Chef, Max, Pete, and all the staff!

  We have been coming here for 15 years. The staff is always polite and very friendly. The condo is always making up grades to the building. The rooms are always spotless.

  Wonderful water view of the Marco River. Always lots of wildlife to see from your balcony or from the boat dock. Very relaxing and quiet.

  It was a great stay. Linda M. Went out of her way to handle a very small problem. Highly recommended doing the key west express. 3 hours by boat 5 hours in Key west 3 hours back. It was awesome better then driving 5 hours
