  Charlotte is AMAZING! My husband and I switched our son to this office last year because his old office didn’t provide an acceptable level of care. This office however, 10/10! You’ll always get a quick portal response or appointment if need be. Charlotte is who we will generally schedule with, but we have seen Amanda once before and she is also so sweet and knowledgeable! At first we lived within 10 minutes of the office, but a few months ago we moved about 40 minutes away but will keep making the drive because the providers are so great. And that says a lot because the traffic is something else 🤣

  Doctor Hari and her staffs are so rude, arrogant and not a trustworthy. My younger one scared of her when she talks because she ask the question to the child so loudly that makes kiddos uncomfortable moreover you need to run behind to answer your question more than a week they are so laid back and more of money minded rather a pediatrician practice. Worst Pediatrician i had ever seen and experienced she needs to educate herself by taking professional training on how to deal and talk to the child being a Pediatrician definitely she need it ASAP. Moreover she does talk like she doing a favor to a parent i don't what in the world she thinks she is in so bad treatment to us. So finally we are moving out from her office. Hope she gets some training how to talk especially a personality development training.

  I would not recommend Dr Hari .or charlotte Grulke . My son was hospitalized for majority of the time due to some serious health issues for being premature . He was 4 months behind on his vaccines , neither doctor not once came and visit my son in the hospital . The lack of empathy for there so called patients is pathetic. When transferring personal records over there isn’t one note that states he was hospitalized. My son has a care team of 12 specialists which informed me it was best to switch his pediatrician. Best thing I could’ve ever done . Please protect your children at all times & make sure your kids are in the hands of someone that truly cares .For the record your staff needs to be re- trained . One staff asked me how to spell Prilosec but test you work in a doctors office ? 2. When your requesting medical records by HIPPA LAW you have the rights to have medical records of yourself children etc. Your staff members Maggie informed that in order to request for medical records for both of my children who attended this facility for almost 2 years it would be 25 .00 for both kids and that I have to wait for a doctors approval to accept or deny the rights for my children medical records . Incorrect information when I had my lawyer on the phone who informed her my rights she states my bad . Extremely unprofessional. P.S Dr.Hari please don’t get on here and respond back to me with a negative comment or your unprofessional staff like how you do with the rest of the comments will see you in court sweetie . Good Day!

  Good thing about this practice and providers are, they ensure both kids and parents are cared to the core, comfortable and informative. I feel relaxed walking out speaking to providers. Whoever comes here mind that with a smile “You’re in safe hands”.

  Dr. Hari is very considerate about the parents well being, which indeed is the key for proper child care. Her approach towards a problem with a child and very practical and that gives us parents the confidence. She has been ery responsive, every time we seek her help. The staff at the windy hill location are also very friendly and welcoming. So far, we have had very good visits and hope for the same as long as we stay in Atlanta.
