Staff is great, and so was their work. I had to get my air compressor replaced, which is not a fun task, but they did an awesome job. I highly recommend them for any car repairs.

This shop is the greatest .Terry and his crew are very professional and honest. The workmanship is outstanding. I been going there for 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I feel lucky to know them

If I had a chance I would give this place zero stars. They are not humble people either is there corporate office. But Terry the manager is terrible customer service and wonder how people go about the day treating people horrible. I had bought a battery 4/19 and for some reason battery died in 12/20 bring us to now that battery died today. So three batteries in a year . There answer was we can't do nothing it's your car not our fault our batteries died!!
Disgraceful this how you treat military. You will be talked about though many channels. I have a video of the non customer service skills shown by Terry!!!

I dropped my car off Saturday morning, explaining in detail the issue and how to recreate the issue. I received a call back stating how the issue would be fixed and I authorize the repair. I stopped by the shop to pay for the repairs and picked my car up later that evening because I had to wait for a ride back to me car. When I picked it up, I IMMEDIATELY noticed the issue was not fixed. The front end is still making the same noise, and I feel like I was robbed out of the last bit of money I had to fix my car and it's still not repaired. Sun auto really needs to make this right, and fix my car properly and correctly.

Everything was honest and straightforward with diagnosis of my vehicle! The price was in line with the national average charged to repair my brakes. The staff was knowledgeable, polite, and made every effort to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible!

I've got a older car, even though they all seemed knowledgeable, and been going to same mechanics they still have difficulty to find the urgent problem, so I always end up doing preventives repair, but always end up to bring back the car for them to find why the engine light is still on. And end up paying more, since they never find the real problem. Too much money to spend all at the same time and too much wait with no transportation for me while waiting, waiting, waiting to be service and repair.

I had a issue with my truck after another shop had only installed tires. Long story short I took it back to said place they wanted to charge me 800+ to fix something I didn’t think was wrong, left went to sun auto talked to Carlos he agreed with me turned it over to Steve he looked at it ten minutes later had it fixed correctly no charge. All i ask from a business Is honesty and not treat me like a idiot. Carlos and Steve both did just that! I would give them ten stars if I could. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks to them and Sun Auto!

Ive always came to these guys for my oil change. If something was not right or wrong with what was done, they have always made it right and picked up the tab. That is proper customer service, i will continue to use this shop!

We have taken our vehicles to this place for years. They use to be an honest shop. Now, they are just a SCAM. We thought we had really lucked out and found a good shop for life No, never again. I have referred all of my family, co workers, friends, neighbors, and even the company I work for to this shop. They took all of our company vehicles here. I took a vehicle here on May 10th, 2017 and dropped $1700 into the vehicle (told them to check EVERYTHING and do EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE). Come July 24th, 2017 the vehicle broke down again and they wanted ANOTHER $800. I would stay away from this company. They are sharks.

Been lucky with these guys. Auto mechanics do have a bad reputation and you always want to feel like you are getting a fair shake, which with my multiple experiences I have walked away feeling they do a fair honest job. The work has always held up, and they have been very nice. We will return.

Edit.. I have to edit this.. I called in the past and asked about installing some parts that I bought and they said they normally don't but since it's a family business and they want to keep my business there that they would.. So fast forward to today where my high pressure fuel pump needs replaced. I can get it online from ZZP for 199.99. Sun Auto quotes me 918.00.. I mention that one of the other guys told me they would install stuff for me.. But the gentleman on the phone said no. I even offered to pay more in labor.
I understand company policies but when one says one thing and another says another thing.. That's not right. Not to mention that this piece, all over the Internet is under 200.00. So to be quoted almost 1,000.00 is insane!!! It's only an hour install..
I will continue to bring my cars down there for minor things but I think it's time to find another place.. Which is sad because I really love the family environment down there.. But family wouldn't charge 918.00 for a 200.00 piece and two hour max labor.report this review -

Horrible. They have had my car for a week and a half now. Such bad service. The only reason my car is here again is because of a "faulty part" they put in in the first place. Now that they aren't getting paid for this work its one excuse after another why it's not done. This place is a joke. Not the first time I've gotten this kind of service here but it will definitely be the last. I will tell everyone I know not to go here. Addendum: just to be clear here. I dropped my car off April 20. It is now May 1st with no car. And now MAYBE I might get it on May 3rd. Seriously don't go here. New addendum: it is now May 3rd. Apparently they found another broken part. Maybe I'll get car back May 4th. Wow. Really?? This is actually becoming comical.

Unbelievable service The guys were all very helpful and friendly. Seth Wynne took care of everything for me and made the experience better than any auto shop experience I've had. The wait time was remarkably quick as well. I don't know what I would've done without the Sun Auto 55 Team. I will be a return customer. - E. Davis

This Sun City Location is the best place! Seth & Terry are AWESOME! They made me feel welcome and very comfortable! Their customer service is superb and the best service I've gotten from any other auto place in awhile! Their prices are VERY reasonable and they didn't try to scam me into getting extra work done like most places do! I would 100% recommend this location they are very professional, the place is very neat and clean, and the atmosphere is so chill and comfortable! Ask for Seth or Terry they will make sure you're priority and will walk you through anything you need done! They also take appointments which I love so I ln not waiting around all day like most places, I got a oil change and was in and out within minutes!

After going to a bunch of different places looking for a simple oil change every place would try to charge an arm and a leg for a basic oil change. Then a friend recommend me to sun auto and I've been coming here ever since. They have really good prices on full synthetic and basic oil changes, great customer (Seth made everything very simple and quick) service and good quality products. Check them out next time you need something done to your car or truck.
